| About Advantage Dirt Contractors, Inc, (ADC) |
established January 25, 2005, is a registered general contractor in the states of Washington and Idaho. Brian Stickney formed the company while he was Project Superintendent for Mid Mountain Contractors, Inc. and decided to aggressively pursue his own interests and develop ADC in June of 2007. ADC subcontracts its services to general contractors to perform civil infrastructure including earthwork, site development, underground utilities, franchise utilities, and hardscapes. Its market area is the states of Washington and Idaho. The owner’s reputation with over 15 years experience in the industry, enabled ADC to generate business immediately. Their knowledge and experience has led to the completion of every job on time and on budget. Mr. Stickney and ADC’s staff have management experience on large civil infrastructure projects in both Western and Eastern Washington and Idaho.

Owner's Biography
Brian Stickney grew up in this industry going to jobsites with his father, who is an operating engineer. His comprehensive understanding of the industry is the result of his experience in all facets of the business: laborer, pipe layer, operator engineer, crew foreman, project superintendent / manager, and then operations manager. He has worked on a variety of projects from commercial to residential development, as well as public works projects. Mr. Stickney is a “hands-on” owner/manager. His finger is on the pulse of the business every hour of every day. He is a stickler for quality execution because his reputation and the reputation of this company depends upon it.
